ONE MONTH TO GO & TEN LOTS SOLD!
We're happy to announce that ten lots have already been sold at Woolshed Grove, a month ahead of the site's completion.
As the images show, the site is really taking shape with all lots clearly marked and the roads, turf and fence work now complete.
One of the first couples to purchase land, Nicole and Scott of Ferny Hills, are now the proud owners of lot 9 - a 700sq m block that they will build their plantation home on.
Nicole and Scott said they were really excited their dream to live at the former Australian Woolshed had finally come to fruition.
"When the Australian Woolshed closed down nearly four years ago and we heard the site was going to be developed into a housing estate, we were elated," Nicole said.
"We currently live in Ferny Hills with our two little boys, Hayden and Christian, and we really love the area's family feel and surrounding bushland."
