It’s full steam ahead at Woolshed Grove!

Construction company appointed
We are very excited to announce we have appointed BMD as the construction company to develop Woolshed Grove.
BMD Constructions has been officially appointed to handle the construction and urban development of Woolshed Grove. BMD has over 30 years experience and has been responsible for countless housing subdivisions. We will be working closely with BMD to create the perfect living environment for you and your family.

The Moreton Bay Regional Council has now approved the minor modifications to the proposed Woolshed Grove Estate Plan which includes blocks ranging in size from 410m2 to 1002m2. We encourage you to consider your preferred location in the estate as you will be able to purchase the blocks off the plan very soon.
Although Woolshed Grove will be an exclusive residential community, we are determined to ensure it is priced competitively.
Accordingly, we have been closely monitoring the property market and have conducted extensive research of official land sales statistics and land currently available for sale on Brisbane’s Northside. Based on this research, the proposed pricing for the blocks will range from the low to high $300's. The official price list and the building design and estate covenant will be available shortly.
With interest so high, all prospective buyers will be treated equally and registrations are made strictly in order of expression of interest.
Woolshed structures find new home at school
In the first Woolshed Grove newsletter, we mentioned that the building structures and materials from the much-loved Australian Woolshed had been donated to the Samford Valley Steiner School.
The Directors of BTS Properties were delighted to receive a letter of appreciation from the school, which explained exactly how the school was planning to use the old materials and structures.
The materials will be used on a number of projects – including the development of a school hall – which the school hopes will not only enhance the school community, but also the wider Samford community.
BTS Properties Director, Sam Sciacca, said he was delighted to donate the materials to the school.
“The Samford Valley Steiner School is not only committed to ensuring its children maintain a tangible connection to their own local history, but also to environmental sustainability, so we really couldn’t have wished for a better home for the materials,†Mr Sciacca said.
Great time to buy
Woolshed Grove’s Sales Director, Sergio Giavon, said “Industry news indicates that the recent massive interest rate cuts, coupled with the Australian Government’s First Home Owner Boost, has people returning to the property market.â€
