WOOLSHED GROVE BUYERS SNAPPING UP BLOCKS
TEN lots have already been sold at Woolshed Grove in Ferny Hills, a month ahead of the site's completion, proving demand is strong for quality residential land in Brisbane.
Woolshed Grove Sales Director, Sergio Giavon said lots had been purchased by a broad mix of people.
"Sales have been distributed between young families, empty nesters and a first home buyer, emphasising Woolshed Grove's broad market appeal," Mr Giavon said.

"When the Australian Woolshed closed down nearly four years ago and we heard the site was going to be developed into a housing estate, we were elated," Nicole said.
"We currently live in Ferny Hills with our two little boys, Hayden and Christian, and we really love the area's family feel and surrounding bushland."
